We's moving!!

We weren't even looking but friends of ours were talking about the house being put up and all the people that called.  So I asked about it...it was $25 cheaper.  And then they said the size was about twice as big as our current place!

So we checked out the place yesterday.  It's fabulous!  A 70's pre-fab home, but with a new roof.  Out in the mountains.  GORGEOUS.

So, I loved Mugglecast and listened to it tons of times....and just recently found a Twilight podcast to listen to.  And it has the Mugglecast cast!  :D  I'm so intrigued!  \o/

So, Ryan has started driving me into work today and will pick me up, so in case I go into labor, we don't leave a car at work and/or I don't have to drive through contractions.  (This means he gets up around 6am with me, even after staying up til midnight/1 holding me while I cry.... :look)

Well, on the drive in, we heard a commercial that just made me want to puke (Oh wait, I had already done that half an hour before......).  These people talk about how they don't find their spouse attractive, or the "passion" has gone out of their relationship or how they don't love their spouse anymore.

I kept hoping it would be a joke.

But no.

It really was an advertisement for a match.com type company....for affairs.

I am disgusted.

Seriously disgusted.

Because HEAVEN FORBID you try and work on your relationship.  Or talk to your spouse.  Lets just take the easy, coward way out.  

Uggg.

Please note: I have no problem with open relationships, as long as both parties are aware of the situation and know its going on and mutually consent.  But cheating?  Cheating is the one unforgivable, hands down, in both Ryan and I's eyes.....I think we are good for each other in that sense.  :p

So, I've been following this HP Giveaway this year (http://www.hp.com/united-states/campaigns/blogger-magic/).  It's a contest where 50 different blogs are holding contests with a whole lot of prizes.  The awesome part about them is that most of them are in fact making requirements of giving at least part of the contest away.

For the main blog that I follow (http://stopdropandblog.com), one of the requirements is to blog about it on your personal blog.  So here goes!

This contest would mean an amazing change not only to myself and family, but also a couple other families.

Currently, like many, my family is going through a hard time financially.  We won't be having a Christmas with presents this year....but we will be getting ready for our first child!  I think this is by far the best present we can get. 

But I've been following these contests since I first read it in order that I can help others who have children already and don't have anything to help them with.  Since several of you read this blog, I won't post the specifics about who to help with it, but know that I have several of you picked out!!  :D  I love you all so very much and want only the best for you all.  Being able to give part of this gift away would be the best present ever especially if I could do them in person to see your faces.

So I found a "new" podcast yesterday, and am incredibly intrigued.  It's called "The Secrets of Harry Potter" and goes into the symbols and images and symbolism found in Harry Potter.  The REALLY intriguing part of it is that its put out by a Catholic group and the guy that does the podcast is a Catholic Priest.  :o  With the crazyest accent too.  I can't figure out what it is and it is driving me crazy.  ETA: ah ha, looks like he's from the Netherlands.  Interesting!  I need to speak with Netherlanders more often (and yes, I know that's not the right term but I don't care, I like saying it.  :p)

The really interesting part is that the first one started out with him stating that there were many religious groups toting that Harry Potter was evil and whatnot because of the witchcraft and all that blahdity blah, but he said that he hoped that this podcast would help people make their own decisions.  Thought it was very interesting.  :D

If another person tells me to vote tomorrow, I'm going to kill them.  :|

Especially someone from outside the US.

The only thing worse than a long line at the pharmacy is a line full of idiots. You are waiting upwards of 20 minutes...you should have your insurance card out (if needed) and payment ready. don't wait to write your check. Don't wait to dig out your wallet. And DON'T ask the nice pharmacists to run your 10 items at the register when there are 8 people behind you.

I am feeling 110% better (:p at Sela). Zofran is amazing and I get to actually eat food!! The best thing ever!
